Answer:

\orange{\boxed{\sf ANsWEr}}

Let the no be x

ACCORDING TO THE GIVEN QUESTION

 \frac{2x}{3}  + 9 = 19

Take LCM

 \frac{2x + 27}{3}  = 19 \\ 2x = 57 - 27 \\ 2x = 30 \\ x = 15

Hence the required no is \red{\boxed{\sf 15}}
