Two tins can P and Q with half filled with water are heated on two stoves till the water inside started boiling. They are boiled for 1 min after which the stove is turned off. the mouth of can P is sealed with a lid immediately. the mouth of can Q is sealed tightly after 30min. What will you observe after sometime? Give reason

2. As Q was sealed 30 mins after boiling most of the water vapor if not all have escaped the container.

Inference:

1. So basically the level of water in P will be higher than the level of water in Q.

In case of can P while water is poured , the can is beaten nearly immediately. This occurs due alternate in strain in the can du conversion of vapour to water because of speedy cooling. But in case of can Q the vapours are not left after 30 minutes so while the water is poured it simply cools the inner water with out crushing the can.
