Answer:

Given: Height of towers.

228m 36m Distance between towers

15m

To find: Distance of the tops of the towers.

Solution:

AB = 28m

CD = 36m CE = 36-28=8m

28m

AE = 15m

in Triangle ACE LE = 90⁰

(Ac) ^ 2 = (cE) ^ 2 + (4epsilon) ^ 2

( 82 )^2+(152)^2

(Ag) ^ 2 = 28g

AC = 17m

Hence, the distance between the tops of towers is 17m
