 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Let the speed of Jagdish car be x km/hour.

∴ Speed of Prakash car be (x + 10) km/hour.

In 5 hours Jagdish and Prakash travelled 5x km and 5(x + 10) km respectively. Total distance travelled by them = (400 - 10) km = 390 km.

∴ 5x + 5(x + 10) = 390

⇒ 10x + 50 = 390

⇒ 10x = 340

⇒ x = 34

Speed of Jagdish car = 34 km/hour.

Speed of Prakash car = (34 + 10) km/hour = 44 km/hour.

\textbf{Solution:}

Let the speed of Jagdish car be x km/hour.

∴ Speed of Prakash car be (x + 10) km/hour.

In 5 hours Jagdish and Prakash travelled 5xkm and 5(x + 10) km respectively. Total distance travelled by them = (400 - 10) km = 390 km.

∴ 5x + 5(x + 10) = 390

⇒ 10x + 50 = 390

⇒ 10x = 340

⇒ x = 34

Speed of Jagdish car = 34 km/hour.

Speed of Prakash car = (34 + 10) km/hour = 44 km/hour.
