The slower train travels 45 minutes or 3/4 earlier. Distance travelled in 3/4 hr @ 100 km/hr = 100 × 3/4 = 75 km.
Now let the distance travelled by slower train be x km when the two trains meet.
So time taken by slower train to travel dist, x = x / 100 hr.
The fast train travels a distance of ( 75 + x) km.
Time required to travel this distance = (75 + x) / 136
Both the times are equal.
Therefore x / 100 = (75 + x) /136 -------- solving this
136 x = 100 x + 7500
36 x = 7500
x = 7500 / 36 = 208.333
So the trains will meet at 208.333 + 75 = 283.33 km from Delhi.

Answer:
283.33KM
Explanation:
The train that leaves at 6 am would be 75 km ahead of
the other train when it starts. Also, the relative speed
being 36 kmph, the distance from Mumbai would be:
(75/36) x 136 = 283.33 km
