Two trains having lengths 120 m and 100 m are running in opposite directions with velocities 40 km/h and 50 km/h. In what time they will completely cross each other?​

Relative velocity of train = 40+50 = 90km/hr =25m/s

Total distance travelled = 120 + 100= 220m

time = \frac{distance}{speed}

= 220/25

= 8.8s

They will cross each other at 8.8s.
