YOUR ANSWER IS 4 HOURS

Explanation:-

Let the time taken by two trains to reach 360 km apart be x hrs. Also let us assume that the two trains be A and B

Now,

We know that-

Speed = Distance/Time

Therefore,

Distance = Speed×Time

Therefore distance travelled by train A in x hrs=

(40x) km

Similarly distance travelled by train B in x hrs=

(50x) km

Now Acc. to que.-

40x + 50x = 360 \\ 90x = 360 \\ x = 360 \div 90 \\ x = 4

so, x=4

Therefore xhrs = 4hrs

THEREFORE IN 4 HOURS THE TWO TRAINS WILL BE 360 KM APART FROM EACH OTHER

HOPE THIS WILL HELP YOU IF IT HELPS THEN PLZ MARK MY ANSWER AS BRAINLIEST AND STAY HAPPY.
