(AD)^2=(AB)^2+(BD)^2
18×18=(AB)^2+ (15×15)
324=(AB)^2+225
AB)^2=324-225
AB=√99
AB=9.95
therefore area of the triangle= 1/2×Bd×ab
1/2×15×9.95
=74.625cm^2
