P= Ixt

50+60 =220xt

110=220xt

T=220/110

Therefore t =2 ohms

For bulbs connected in parallel, equivalent power is given by -
P = P1 + P2
P = 50 + 60

P = VI
I = P / V
I = 110 / 220
I = 0.5 A

Therefore, current passing through circuit is 0.5 A.
