two tungsten bulbs of power 50W and 60W work on 220V potential difference. if they are connected in parallel, how much current will flow in the main conductor?

P1= 50 W

P2= 60 W

V =220 V

I =?

Therefore Total Power(P) = P1+P2

= 110 W

P = V × I

110 = 220 × I

110/220 = I

I = 0.55 A

Therefore 0.55 A current will flow in the main conductor.
