according to the condition
150x+100y =10
by cancelling 0, we get
15x+10y = 1 --(1)
according to the 2 condition
200x+40y =10
by cancelling 0, we get
20x +4y =1 ---(2)
multiply eq 1 by 2 and multiply eq 2 by 5
30x +20y=2 --(3)
100x + 20y = 5 --(4)
subtract eq 3 from 4
