A)UDP(User Datagram Protocol)

It is an alternative protocol for TCP(transmission control Protocol.It is also called UDP/IP and it enables the process to process communication.It is also reffered to as CONNECTIONLESS PROTOCOL.

B)TCP(Transmission Control Protocol)

It is one of the main protocol of Ip suite.Actually it is an standard which defines and maintains the network connection on which the application programs can exchange their data.It is an connection oriented protocol.
