By = 12Sin120 = 12Sin60 = 6√3j

r Vector = (6√3 i - 6 i) + 6j +  6√3j

= 6(√3 - 1)i   + 6(√3 + 1)j

rx = 6(√3 - 1)

ry =  6(√3 + 1)
