2:1 means milk is 2/3
by using mixture allegation method

$7 \div 10 \: \: \: \: 4 \div 7 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: 2 \div 3$
now multiply all by 10,7,3
we get
$147 \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: 120 \\ \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: 140 \\ 140 - 120 \: \: \: \: \: \: 147 - 140$
this gives ratio 20:7 which is required ratio
