Total CP=1725+2150

given that it is the SP of one watch is 2000 RS. and gain is 275 RS.
we know that-:
gain = sp - cp
275 = 2000 - cp
275 - 2000 = - cp
-1725 = - cp
or, cp = 1725 RS.
therefore cp of the first watch is RS.
1725.
again given that:-
sp = rs.2000 and loss = RS. 150
we know that,
loss = cp - SP
150 = cp - 2000
150 +2000 = CP
it 2150 = cp
or,. CP = 2150 RS.( second watch )
therefore the total cost price of both watch is 1725 + 2150 = 3875 RS.
we know that-:
gain = sp - cp
275 = 2000 - cp
275 - 2000 = - cp
-1725 = - cp
or, cp = 1725 RS.
therefore cp of the first watch is RS.
1725.
again given that:-
