Sound

When a body vibrates and it reaches to us through the vibration of the surrounding medium , the waves reached are called sound waves.

Loudness

Loundness is the characteristic by which we can distinguish two sounds of same pitch and quality.

Loudness is directly propotional to square of amplitude.So,

Ratio of there loudness will be

 \dfrac{ {1}^{2} }{   {3}^{2}  }

 \dfrac{1}{9}

Pitch

It is the characteristic of sound by which we can distinguish sounds of same loudness or quality or its shrillness and loudness.

Pitch is independent of amplitude of sound so the ratio 1:1 will remain unaffected and also given in question that pitch is same .
