Answer:

1. Water pollution

The effects of industrial pollution are far-reaching and likely to affect the ecosystem for many years to come. When water is involved in a number of processes, it comes into contact with heavy metals, harmful chemicals, radioactive waste, and even organic sludge.

These are either discharged into open oceans or rivers. As a result, many of our water sources contain large amounts of industrial waste, which has a serious impact on the health of our ecosystem.

Water pollution has already rendered many groundwater sources useless to humans and wildlife. It can at best be recycled for further industrial use.

2. Soil pollution

It also causes chronic health problems for people who come into contact with such soil on a daily basis.
