While Agriculture is necessary to our survival, unchecked farming and dangerous methods can actually contribute to degradation of ecosystems.

For example, in many parts of the world, agriculture activity has lead to extensive deforestation which had led to total collapse of animal kingdoms.

Also, the use of artificial fertilizers and pesticides have resulted in the ground and ground water becoming contaminated making it difficult for other plants t grow.
