two wires A and B are of equal lenght and have equal resistance . if the resistivity of A is more than that of B which wire is thicker and why current in each resistor​

If the materials are same, for constant length and resistance, area is directly proportional to resistivity. So more the resistivity, more the area of cross section (thickness). Therefore, A is thicker than B.
