Two wires A and B are of equal length and have equal resistance. If the
resistivity of A is more than that of B which wire is thicker and why?

If the materials are same, for constant length and resistance, area is directly proportional to resistivity. So more the resistivity, more the area of cross section (thickness). Therefore, A is thicker than B.
