Answer:

Resistivity = Resistance * Length / Area

Since both wires are of same material, Resistivity will be the same

i.e. Rho of A= Rho of B

R of A * L of A / Ar of A = R of B * L of B / Ar of B

Ar of A = Pie * Diameter

= Pie * 3

Ar of B = Pie * 2

Inputing the given values since, ratios can be considered for equal values

R of A * 1 /  Pie * 3 = 180 * 5 / Pie * 2 ( Pie get cut)

R of A = 450 * 3

Therefore, R of A = 1350 Ohm
