Two wires are of the same length, same radius, but one of them is copper and other is iron .Which will have more resistance? GIVE REASON

Answer :- Copper is a better conductor than iron, which means current can flow easier (with less resistance) through copper. This is an inherent property of a materials.

The outer electrons of copper atoms are more easily displaced than those of iron and so a flow of electricity (electrons) occurs more easily. We express this by saying that the copper has a lower electrical resistance than iron. For the same reason, copper allows heat to pass through it more easily than iron; in this case we say that its thermal conductivity is better.

Hence, the wire made of iron will have the maximum resistance
