Two wires of equal cross sectional area, one of copper and other of manganin have same resistance. Which one will be longer? (ρmanganin >ρcopper). Give explanation?

  • as resistance is directly proportional to lenth and inversely proportional to area
  • and as given resistivity of magnin is more but resistivity donot depend on length and Area ,as it the property of material
