Answer:

40 and  60 eggs

Step-by-step explanation:

Let say One had  = x  eggs

Then other had =  100 - x   eggs

Let Say Both sold  the eggs for  = y Rs

Selling Price with E  eggs  = S/x

She would have got rs 15 by selling other's egg

=> (y/x)(100 - x)  = 15   - Eq 1

Selling Price with 100-x  eggs  = y/(100-x)

She would have got rs 20/3 by selling other's egg

=> (S/(100-x))x  = 20/3   Eq 2

Dividing Eq 1 and Eq 2

=> (100-x / x)² = 15/(20/3)

=> (100-x / x)² = 9/4

=> 100- x / x = 3/2

=> 200 - 2x = 3x

=> 5x = 200

=> x = 40

One had  40 Eggs

Other Had =

100-x (x=40)

=100-40 = 60

60 eggs
