Let the present age of man=x
Present age of his son=y
Two years ago man age =x-2
Son age =y-2
According to question
x-2=3(y-2)^2
x-2=3(y^2+4-4y)
x-2=3y^2+12-12y
x+12y-3y^2=14
After three years
x+3=4(y+3)
x+3=4y+12
x-4y=9
After solving these equation we get x=29
Y=5
