Let the son age be x two years ago.
Man's age two years ago =5x
Son's age two years later=4+x
Man' age=8+3(4+x)
=20+3x
Man's age after 2 years=5x+4
=>20+3x=5x+4
=>16=2x
=>x=8
Current age, son's age=x+2=8+2=10.
Man's age=5x+2=5(8)+2=40+2=42.
Man's age two years ago =5x
Son's age two years later=4+x
Man' age=8+3(4+x)
=20+3x
