Ask your nearest courier agency to provide quotation they might ask for minimum business which can be achieved easily once you set up. Most of the time courier agency is more than happy to provide you quote and be a part of your business. We use DTDC which is reliable and prompt service as well as Indian Post for COD but it was bit expensive.
