Subject - Complaint against waterlogging in office.

Sir,

This is to bring to your notice, that lately heavy rainfall have caused issues in our department. Waterlogging is seen in corridors, storage rooms and at chief engineer's room.

July will experience rainfall every now and then, therefore I request you to look into the matter and kindly act immediately.
