So as we know that there are a million of gastric pits present in different parts of stomach and those gastric pits are in the mucosal layer (Stomach Lining) of stomach. So in general basically those pits have several cells present in it and one of them is Parietal Cells (G-Cells, Cheif Cells) these cells are responsible for secreting HCL.
