Epineurium: consists of moderately dense connective tissue. It contains adipocytes, fibroblasts, connective tissue fibres, mast cells, lymphocytes, nerve fibres and blood vessels that bind the nerve fascicals.

Perineurium: It consists of perineurial cells, which are nothing but epitheloid myofibroblasts.

Endoneurium: Contains fone bundles of fibrous connective tissue, mainly collagen embedded into a ground matrix.
