the nerves used in reflex action by our brain is -
* motor nerves
* sensory nerves
the sensory nerves receive the impulses from the outer surrounding and carry the impulses to the spinal cord or the brain .The brain interprets the impulse and sends the message to the affected organ by motor nerves .The nerve whit connects the sensory nerve with motor nerve is called relay nerve.the path followed by impulses in the reflex action is called reflex arc.
