Anaerobic and aerobic. Anaerobic is stimulated by lower ATP and higher ADP. Aerobic respiration is constantly occurring at rest and during exercise as long as oxygen is present. Oxygen is available because it is stored in myoglobin.

Anaerobic respiration, because during vigorous exercise muscles required more energy which it get from break down of glucose by oxygen. So to get more oxygen and for that it respire anaerobically which results in formation and accumulation of lactic acid
