The roots in dicot plants are mostly fibrous that are formed by the thin branches of the roots, these roots are branched and form a great root system.
In the roots of the dicot plant we find xylem tissue in the centre of the root while phloem surrounding or outside the xylem tissue.
We can take radish or carrot as an example for these plants.
Hope this helps.
