Lamp 1: 40 W 220V
Lamp 2: 60 W 220V
Power dissipated from the lamp is the rated wattage on it. So 60 W bulb generates more heat, as it has smaller resistance. So it has higher current in it. It becomes hotter. So it gives more radiation.
Higher powered bulb lights brighter when the bulbs are connected in parallel with the same voltage.
