10 be added to 4 times of assumed number a in which the result is 5 less than 4 times of assumed number a.

Equation form: 4a + 10 = 5a – 5

By solving: 5a – 4a = 10 + 5

a = 15

When we substitute the value of a in the equation formed from the statement, both L.H.S AND R.H.S are equal
