blue is line...dashes are nuteral...than the one is earth....30amp mcb is there....if current value higher than the rated value will mcb trip ho jaega....distribution box se ghar ek socket ek lamp ek fan or other appliances jura hai...ise hoga ye ki jb circuit mai enter karega...sara point ko required amount of current and voltage milega.....there is no priority order...agar kuch fuse bhe hogaya...to current flowing in distribution box will alter its path and rest of the applainces will work

i can explain half of it.
there are three wires entering the distribution box. the earth wire, live wire and neutral wire. the earth wire is connected to the appliance and then down to the earth. this is done in case if excess current passes through the appliance, it would be buried down to the earth. here, in the distribution box it contains a miniature circuit breaker- in order to cut the down excess electricity if it passes through the wires,. the live and the neutral wire is connected to each appliance( fan, lamp, socket) in parallel with respect to their own switches.
