U12 nouns.
B. Read this passage. Pick out the different kinds of nouns, and write
them in the appropriate columns.
There was once a school of fish. No, they did not go to
school at all. They played and ate and swam around in
absolute happiness. The only trouble they faced was from
strange objects made of metal that had snacks at the end.
These snacks looked so delicious that most fish were tempted to taste
them. The great wise Boyal gave good advice. You must not have snacks
between meals,' he said. It's a bad habit.

Answer:

The name given to every person or thing of the same class or kind is a common noun. The name given to a quality, action or state considered apart from the object to which it belongs, is an abstract noun.

Room and Feet are common names, hence they are common nouns and length is a measure of distance which is intangible. Hence, it is an abstract noun.
