If You Have Uc Browser Uninstall It And Reboot Your Phone.. That will do

Open UC browser -> Go to Settings -> Select Notification Settings. Then Enable whichever you want and disable which you don't want. Note : If it's not helping then remove the permission for UCbrowser to show notification. For that go to settings -> installed apps -> select UC browser.
