Simile is a figure of speech that expresses resemblance between things and uses words such as 'like' and 'as'.

Example: 1. As wily as a fox.

2. As black as coal.

Oxymoron: The oxymoron is a term which features two terms which appear to contradict each other but make sense of the situation overall.

Example: 1. That man is pretty ugly.

2. The play was a tragic comedy.
