Uif we evolve from monket then why today monkey not convert in humans

Speciation takes place only in a group of species. they become a lot variated from the original species such that they become re productively isolated. change occurs only in a few individuals which become another species. this does not mean the original species becomes variated too. its all about natural selection and variation in DNA copying

eg: beetle in which reproductive isolation takes place.
