ok so here is the format...and u have to leave space between before

1."name of recipent"(the editor whom u r sending the letter...no probs if u don't write the name...u can write to editor)

2. space before salutation

3. space before body of letter

4. space before "yours sincerely" for editors you should write "yours truly"

5. After the name don't keep you signature as u r a student..
