Sir:

I write to your esteemed self to bring to you notice that in our area there is no bus stop. Since this area is situated in the outskirts, as a result the residents face a lot of inconvenience. There are other means of transportation, but they are very expensive. School and college students face considerable inconvenience in particular. The other people such as working men and women also face lots of inconvenience every day.

I on behalf of all the residents appeal to start sufficient bus service in our area. All the residents will be exceedingly grateful. Looking forward to a prompt response from your side. Thanking you.
