Nowadays,In adults as well as in childrens they have an unhealthy food habit of eating junk foods if the eat junkfoods like pizza,burger,chips,coldrinks,icecream,etc they would have food poisoning or the gather too much fat and nothing in tjere body, it is preferd by each and every doctors not to eat enough junk foods we are not telling you to stop eating these food, eat but in limit don't be an unlimited eater especiall in this COVID era becaus no energy no protine no calcium no vitamins but only fat you get.Accept these all you should eat homemade foods fresh and healthy.
