Breath = 5.9cm

length = 4.9 × 5.9 = 28.91cm

now area of rectangle = length × breath

= 5.9 × 28.91

= 170.569cm

so the uncle has the farmland of area 170.569cm

hope it helps you

Settlement :

Land length = 5\frac{1}{2} × 1\frac{3}{4} = \frac{11}{2} × \frac{7}{4} = \frac{77}{8} = 9\frac{5}{8} hm

Land area = Area of a rectangle

                 = length × width

                 = 9\frac{5}{8} × 5\frac{1}{2} = \frac{77}{8} × \frac{11}{2} = \frac{847}{16} = 12\frac{15}{16}

So, uncle's agricultural land area is 12\frac{15}{16} hm²
