I really wonder why many people buy curd instead of making it at home. It’s just an easy to do task, which requires no experience.
so, material required for making of curd are as follow:
1. boil milk
2. little amount of curd or Lactobacillus bulgaricus
steps:
1. boil milk at high temperature for 10 to 15 min and then let it cool down.
2. now take any steal tiffin and add little amount of old curd or Lactobacillus bulgaricus
and then add the milk in the tiffin.
3. now,the most important thing is where to keep it? you need to keep the tiffin in warm place. and don't shake it .
