Under what circumstances can president's rule be imposed in a state?

If found that Presidents rule is must, the home ministry draws a proclamation under article 356 of the constitution, to the President for his approval. After the President approves and signs, an ordnance is issued and places the state under President rule.

When the arise of the constitution is failure the president imposed rule via government which is given in article 356 also called as state emergency or constitutional emergency...... Punjab was the 1st state to be governed under president rule..... Manipur has the most imposed rule of president
