When a government comes to power after elections, it is expected to fulfil the aspirations, demands and needs of the common people.It has to abide by the Constitution and respect the basic rights of the people.If a government follow these policies,then it can smoothly run. If the people are satisfied with its governance then in the next elections it can again form the government.
