when a current carrying wire is held in a magnetic field or a compass the magnetic needle gets deflected this is because the magnetic field around the current carrying wire exerts a mechanical force on the magnetic needle and produces emotional it does if a magnet is light and free to move than the current flowing through a conductor held in year it can produce motion in the magnet is it is found to be so the rivers should also be true this is a magnetic field should exert a force on a current carrying conductor and produce the motion in it this was found to be so by Andre Marie ampere in 1820 when current flows through a wire that is a conductor it produces magnetic field around it so when a current carrying wire is placed in the magnetic field of a permanent magnet the two magnetic fields interact with each other and the wire moves the force experienced by a wire of length l carrying a current I and placed perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field b is given by f equal to b i l the factors on which the force depends is the strength of the magnetic field in Tesla unit the current flowing through the conductor and expressed in amperes and the length of the conductor expressed in metres

diyu74: is it correct
SukhdeepSingh: 100 and 1 percent
SukhdeepSingh: doubt not diyu74
diyu74: what
SukhdeepSingh: I mean it is correct
diyu74: oh thnx bro
SukhdeepSingh: fine
SukhdeepSingh: thanx for following me

GOOD MORNING FRIEND

When we place a current carrying conductor in the magnetic field then it experience a force which can be measured by the Flemming's left hand rule which suggests that  keep your three finger - fore finger, thumb, middle finger such that the fore finger show the direction of magnetic field , middle finger show the direction of current than the thumb show the force acting on the current carrying conductor .It also have formula to find the magnetude of the force F=BILsin(theta)

where b is the magnetic field

l is the length of the conductor

I is the current

and keep your there finger perpendicular to each other

and it is applicable when the direction of current and magnetic field lines are perpendicular to each other

ALSO FOR UR  INFORMATION,

The force experienced by the current carrying conductors are placed in external magnetic field will be maximum when the conductor is placed such that the direction of current is in it perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field.

HOPE THIS HELPZZ
