Hey there,
Ohm's law is only applicable under constant temperature, mechanical stress and strain. Then only the ratio of V and I will be constant.
Besides this, Ohm's law is also not applicable to semiconductor band conductors and volatile conductors due to random lattice movement.
Liquids follow Ohm's law up to some extent but can too be disregarded as they too have random kinetic energy of molecules.

its not applicable fr semiconductors and gaseous conductors its only applicable fr metals at a constant temperature and without change in other physical conditions.....
