usually the friction force is acting towards center it is act as centripetal force .
hence it is in non - inertial frame of reference hence the pseudo force act as centrifugal force .

For Max velocity at which the car moves on circular road without Ware and tare is given by .

fs ≥ mv²/R

µN ≥ mv²/R

µmg ≥ mv²/R

µg ≥ v²/R

v²≤ µRg
_______________________

for Max velocity,
v²max = µRg

vmax = õRg
_______________________

hence above , Vmax the car will skid

Vskid > Vmax

Vskid > õRg

where ,
[ µ = coefficient of static friction between the tire and surface of the road

R = radius at which car will take circular turn

g = acceleration due to gravity.]
